Dishonest about vehicle trade-ins. 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Cosmic Blue Metallic, with less than 12,000 miles. VIN # JA4AZ3A35LZ018735 (Website lists it as an ES, but it is an SEL with leather interior.) Horrible experience, I've gone to the FBI & MN Washington county Police about this dealership. This dealership does not play by the state rules. The owner is a complete creep. I've taken my wife's Mitsubishi in for a timing belt couple years back. Great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. The best part was that they didn't waste our time. The car was ready when we arrived. We took it for a test drive. I wrote them a check and we left with my wife's new car. My only suggestion would be, if you're selling a black car at night in the cold, maybe put it inside where it's warm and light. Once we saw the car in the daylight it turned out to be better than we thought.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff made the car buying process so smooth. I told him what my budget was and what I was looking to buy. He not only met my needs but gave me more than I was looking for or expecting! If you need a car go to Jeff! Really need help with getting a loan car, was put on list, call back twice, while I was working then nothing. Call back no one in service, had a clue about the list for loaner cars. Waste of time.

Buying a car here is a wonderful experience we have had the pleasure of buying two certified used cars. But be warned you better check service records of the car you buy. We had to buy a second car because my wife was going through cancer surgery, 4 of them and our other vehicle was unreliable. After our second oil change were told the previous owner did not do the 30,000 mile service and we would have to do it soon to keep our warranty.
