White Bear Mitsubishi Makes Buying Vehicles Easier for Deaf and Hearing-Impaired Buyers

Richard Herod III, the Owner and General Manager of White Bear Mitsubishi, has a unique understanding of how difficult it can be for a deaf person to buy a vehicle at a dealership. Both of his parents are deaf. His father had to deal with a lot of hassles as a deaf person, often being taken advantage of during the process.

Richard is excited to work with the deaf community by helping them get into a new Mitsubishi or used vehicle that fits their needs. He is just one of several people who can communicate with deaf people throughout the vehicle purchase and afterward. Rollen is a new car manager for White Bear Mitsubishi and he signs as well. Jeff works in the service center and can sign to deaf customers to let them know what work needs to be done on their vehicles when they bring them in for maintenance or repairs.

With Richard Herod III at the helm, White Bear Mitsubishi has been involved in numerous community programs and events to help those in need. Richard has been named the newest member of the Mitsubishi Motors of North America's National Advisory Board and has won many awards from organizations and local publications in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.

Together, White Bear Mitsubishi and Richard are dedicated to helping all customers get into the vehicle that meets their needs with in-house financing, complete service, and a wide range of quality new and used vehicles.
