  • REDUCED PHYSICAL CONTACT - We have required all dealership employees to suspend handshakes and physical contact with our guests. Smiles and great client service will continue!
  • SOCIAL DISTANCING - We value cooperation and communication and require that all employees practice proper social distancing and strongly encourage customers to do the same. We have adjusted seating to allow you to be comfortable in your space, 6 feet away from another person. We have adjusted schedules to reduce the number of employees present at any given time.
  • INCREASED SANITATION - Our teams are actively wiping down high-traffic surfaces throughout the day, and nightly custodial activities are hyper-focused on ensuring the same. See something that needs to be cleaned again? Just ask. We'll do it! We are more than happy to take the necessary steps to ensure your peace of mind. 
  • CLEANING OF CLIENT and LOANER VEHICLES - Our team of professional detailers, car-washers, and service managers are diligently providing extra sanitation of each and every vehicle both before and after service, including disinfecting keys, doors, handles, steering wheels, etc.
  • REMOVAL OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE - We are temporarily discontinuing our shared-area complimentary refreshments including snacks and coffee to minimize shared contact surfaces.
  • EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER HEALTH - We value all people. We are following all CDC guidelines for businesses and employers. We are asking any employees to stay home if they feel ill and we ask clients to exercise good judgment if they have traveled to high-impact areas, have been in physical contact with someone exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19, or feel ill.

White Bear Mitsubishi is also bringing the sales experience to your home! Browse our inventory online and, when you find a vehicle you're interested in, our sales associates will do a video walk-around or bring the vehicle to you for a test drive, evaluate your trade-in, and complete any necessary paperwork. We'll even deliver your new vehicle to you.
